Description
Wild Wadi Waterpark sits in the Jumeirah area (Umm Suqeim), right beside the landmark sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel and the Jumeirah beach complex. The park is themed after the Arabian tale of the traveller Juha and his friend Sindbad. There are more than twenty attractions, from family slides and a wave pool to high-speed rides that shoot you back up the flume.
Wild Wadi is noticeably more compact than the giant Aquaventure, which suits families: you can cover all the main attractions in half a day without losing sight of your children. Between slides, guests are carried by the Master Blaster system of water "lifts". Many points give striking views of Burj Al Arab, which makes the park a popular spot for photographs.
Tip: Bring a camera: the upper slides give the best shot with Burj Al Arab in the background.
