Consulate General of Kazakhstan

The Consulate General assists citizens of Kazakhstan who live in or are temporarily staying in the UAE. It provides the main consular services here: consular registration (temporary and permanent), issuing documents for return to the homeland in case of a lost passport, notarial actions and powers of attorney, requesting documents, as well as consultations and emergency assistance to compatriots who find themselves in a difficult situation. For matters concerning ID cards and passports, it is worth clarifying the list of documents and the procedure in advance, as some processes may require applying to the relevant authorities in Kazakhstan.

You can contact the consulate by phone, and most matters are handled by prior arrangement, so before your visit it is better to call and check the reception hours and the required set of documents. You usually bring a valid passport or ID card, and for family and children's matters, birth and marriage certificates.
