Jumeirah Lakes Towers — clusters of towers around artificial lakes opposite Dubai Marina.

About the district

JLT (Jumeirah Lakes Towers) is a business and residential district of dozens of towers grouped in clusters around artificial lakes. It is located directly opposite Dubai Marina, across the Sheikh Zayed Road highway, and is considered a more affordable alternative to its neighbour.

JLT conveniently combines the offices of the DMCC free economic zone, housing and a large number of cafés and restaurants on the ground floors. The walking paths around the lakes and the park make the district comfortable for living and working.

JLT is often called the 'budget Marina': the same towers and water, but the rent is noticeably lower, and on the ground floors are dozens of cafés and small restaurants frequented by local office workers. The walking paths around the lakes and the park make the district comfortable despite the dense development.
