The station serves the residential and industrial area of the same name in the north-east of Dubai, near the border of the emirate of Sharjah. People come here to file reports of incidents, thefts, disputes and road accidents, and to obtain certificates. An important feature: Al Qusais is one of the stations where those without an Emirates ID can give fingerprints in person to arrange a good-conduct certificate. Reports are accepted around the clock.
