Consulate General of Ukraine

The Consulate General of Ukraine in Dubai serves citizens of Ukraine in the northern emirates and helps with the main consular matters: issuing and exchanging passports, issuing documents for return to the homeland in case of a lost passport, notarial actions (powers of attorney, consents, certification of copies), registration of civil status records, and consular registration.

Reception is held by prior appointment on set days. Before your visit, check the current list of documents, the amount of consular fees, and the appointment procedure, as schedules and requirements change periodically. In emergency situations (threat to life, detention, death of a citizen), the consulate has a separate emergency contact line.
