The Spice Souk in Deira is an atmospheric corner of old Dubai, where the air is filled with the aromas of saffron, cinnamon, frankincense and rose. The narrow covered lanes are packed with sacks and crates of spices.

Besides spices, you will find tea, nuts, dried fruit, incense and souvenirs here. It is worth visiting for the atmosphere of an oriental bazaar, even if you are not planning to buy anything.
