Dubai Police
Here you will find information about the Dubai Police: the headquarters and stations, contact numbers and online services. The police are responsible for security, registering incident reports, processing traffic accidents, issuing documents and many other services for residents and tourists. Some functions are available 24 hours, and many applications are accepted remotely.
People come here to report a theft or an incident, process a traffic accident, obtain a good conduct certificate (police clearance certificate), pay a fine, or report found and lost items. In life-threatening emergencies the 999 emergency number is used, while the 901 line is used for non-emergency matters and documents.
Today most applications can be made online via the Dubai Police app and website: submitting applications, paying fines, requesting documents and tracking status. This is convenient when there is no need to visit a station in person. Still, for some matters (for example, those requiring in-person presence or biometrics) a visit to a police center may be necessary.
