Dubai Creek Harbour district
Dubai Creek Harbour
25.203, 55.347 A new waterfront district by the Ras Al Khor reserve, with a promenade and views of the old and new city.
About the district
Dubai Creek Harbour is a next-generation contemporary district being built on the shore of Dubai Creek next to the Ras Al Khor nature reserve. Its concept is a city by the water with a spacious promenade, parks and views of both the historic Creek and the skyscrapers of Downtown at once.
The district is developing rapidly and is positioned as the new centre of Dubai. The focus is on a pedestrian-friendly environment, green spaces and proximity to the flamingo reserve, which sets it apart from dense urban development.
Creek Harbour is the Dubai that is still under construction: the striking promenade and parks are ready, the flamingo reserve is nearby, but much is still on the drawing board. It's worth coming here for the sunsets over the bay and the Downtown panoramas; those who love open space and water will feel comfortable living here.
